Position Description

The Senior Student Conduct Process Coordinator leads the coordination and daily operations of the student conduct process within the Office of the Dean of Students. This role manages behavioral and academic misconduct cases, supports investigations and adjudication, and collaborates with campus partners to ensure fair, timely, and student-centered outcomes.

Key responsibilities include coordinating conduct processes for Housing and Residence Life, reviewing incident reports, communicating with students and staff, training conduct board members, and maintaining conduct-related systems and data. The position emphasizes student learning, accountability, and campus safety.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in higher education, counseling, social work, public administration, or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a higher education or student conduct setting

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive/confidential information
  • Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaboration and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience with data systems, reporting, and case management
  • Knowledge of student conduct processes or higher education policies preferred

Salary Information: $52,000-$58,000 per year (depending on experience)
