SUMMARY:Telling the Story of Student Conduct: Developing a Comprehensive Assessment Plan for Student Learning Webinar
DESCRIPTION:Part of our Conference Highlights Series! University conduct offices are an essential element that contributes to student retention and learning\, yet many campus partners' perceptions reduce the office to basic compliance and case metrics. This session moves beyond reporting simple case numbers to focus on holistic\, educational assessments that demonstrate unit value to the student experience and inform continuous improvement for operations and student learning. Participants will learn how to identify and develop various assessment tools to critically examine multiple areas of a conduct unit\, including operational capacity\, sanction efficacy\, and student learning. We will explore practical steps to leverage different assessment strategies (qualitative and quantitative) to craft a compelling narrative that tells the true educational story of a conduct unit. Attendees will leave with a practical framework and the foundational knowledge required to develop a comprehensive assessment plan tailored for their own office.Learning Outcomes:Participants will learn how to identify and develop various assessment tools to critically examine multiple areas of a conduct unit.Participants will learn how to leverage different assessment strategies to tell the story of a conduct unit.Participants will learn how to develop a comprehensive assessment plan for their office.Knowledge & Skills:Knowledge & SkillLevelAdministrationAdvancedAssessmentAdvancedEquity & Intentional InclusionIntermediate\nPricing:ASCA Members: $39.00\n\nNon-Members: $59.00\n\nStudent Members: $20.00Please ensure to review ASCA's Refund and Cancelation Policy prior to completing your registration. Each registration payment applies to one attendee only.
