This webinar examines how autism and other neurodivergent differences can shape student behavior\, communication\, and participation in campus conduct processes. She has more than 15 years of experience in higher education and has served in multiple student conduct roles\, including Academic Integrity Case Manager\, Student Conduct Advisor\, Hearing Officer\, and Interim Conduct Administrator. Her work focuses on improving the accessibility and fairness of student conduct processes for neurodivergent students while maintaining institutional accountability. Jennifer holds a B.A. in English Literature and Culture from the University of Baltimore and an M.A. in Leadership in Disability Services from the University of Delaware.
