She currently serves as Assistant Director at Louisiana State University\, where she leads and mentors investigative teams across eight campuses and oversees large-scale academic\, behavioral\, and organizational misconduct investigations. Kyrsti's has previously held leadership roles at Boise State University and Western Carolina University and brings a background in psychology and forensic psychology to her work. Kyrsti is passionate about translating complex regulatory requirements into human-centered practices that support equitable and inclusive campus environments.
